5 days with Windows Defender..why?

Because update 22.19.8.65 fail to install how i know windows security center with a X red said firewall disable try to open norton security but like other user have post (Norton Security - Cannot open it, icon not showing but apparently running)it didnt open so i run the tool always say here to use to remove the program and im waiting to install again when the norton release the version 22.19.8.65 from the norton acconut page.

More info about my concern I have a Huawei modem Hg 658d update the firmware  november 2018 from my ISP from Mexico (telmex) i know the USA dont like Huawe,  logs from the modem show on ocasions attempts of intrusion from diferent Ip on the same hours all days one solution i have is disable ipv6 and use only ipv4 and use dns from norton connect when was working now i use dns from neustar 156.154.70.2 and .71.2  and my logs show now detected udp port scan from ip 156.54.70.2. if you tell me all my problems come from the modem i can accidentally pour water over the modem  and ask for replacement.

Logs submited

first log 8_48_08 from pc with out Norton installed

second log 9_45_40 with Norton version 22.19. installed from Norton account page

hope this help you guys fix Norton o just tell me if is my suspected is from my modem Huawei. to ask for change to my ISP.

Thanks for the logs and details provided, @Arkangel. Please let us know if you are still facing issue "Cannot Start/Open Norton" after reinstalling latest version of Norton Security.
