Indeed I see it as well. Opera GX browser with Chrome extensions, all up to date.

Just had another instance of error 503. Wondering whether this has something to do with the dev team tinkering with things behind the scenes.

This problem is persistent in IE 11 Windows 10 version: 11.418.18362.0 as of 11/12/19 3:00AM. I have also taken the time to clear all cookies, cache etc. thinking this might help, however:
Like others have said, you can refresh, but, that gets annoying real fast. This problem is also evidenced when attempting to 'log out' of Community Norton. When this happens, and you navigate back to community.norton.com you will notice that you are still logged in.
Perhaps related, i even noticed an error when attempting to upload my above image! It disappeared so quickly though, i did not have a chance to screen-capture it.

It appears to have abated on my devices. No new issues since my last post on November 11.
