91% of 10Gb used, but no computers or files are backed up
I have a 10GB Norton Online Backup subscription, and I would like to add one of our important office computer to the Backup list, but the Backup site keep telling me that I’m using 91% of the 10Gb, and don’t have enough space for the backup.
The problem is that there isn’t any files or computers I could remove. It seems as if the previously backed up computers’ files are somehow still there, but not visible and accessible (by me). One of the admins would be nice enough and check my account, and remove every files and computers, so I can back up this important office PC (I can give my account details in PM)?
I have been in chat with one of the Symantec support agents, and he tried to resolve the issue via Remote access to my computer, but my Win7 is in Hungarian, and his Hungarian wasn't that fluent , so he gave up.
