A2221 error while doing backup
I am a relatively new user of Norton Online BackUp and not overly tech savvy
I started by backing up my documents and pictures and that workied fine without incident
Based on that experience, I purchased some additional storage capacity and extended the backup to include my email accounts
I have run the backup twice and it fails to complete but it fails at exactly the same point (ie exactly the same number of files transferred and exactly the same backup Gb transfer)
I have received an error A2221 message but I cannot find an explanation of this and so don't know what it means let alone what I should do to solve the problem
