Access to Norton Utilities

I am the main user and can access Norton Utilities as part of our package.   My other  user it seems cannot at the moment,  how do I put his laptop to be able to use this function please?    We both use Windows 10.    My laptop can use this function.

Re: Access to Norton Utilities

What version of Norton Utilities are you using?

Do you have access to the other user's computer? If so, log into your Norton Account from that computer and click on the user icon at the top right and then click on My Subscriptions. Find your Norton Utilities subscription and click on download. Complete the setup and then be sure to log out of your Norton Account before handing over the laptop again.

Re: Access to Norton Utilities

I will endeavour to try this.  However, I do not have the option when I log in to look Norton Utilities on my subscription list.   I go into a icon at the front of my laptop.     I have tried to do a snip to post on here but it says I cannot select it as not a txt pdf or zip.    Great help that is I must say.   Sorry.

Edited to say quickly that the version I have came with my subscription with Norton a couple of months ago Norton 360.

Does Norton Utilities show up as a subscription in your Norton Account? If so, does it show a product key?
