Access to wifi printer (and network switch) when VPN is turned on

When VPN is turned ON on my Windows PC, it cannot see my wifi Epson printer. I have to turn OFF VPN to connect to the printer.
The same goes for my network switch - I have to turn VPN OFF for access to my router via my PC.
Any ideas?

You can look into the split tunnelling feature of the 360 VPN feature.
From the My Norton interface, click on the down arrow beside Turn On for the VPN feature and click on Settings. Then click on the Split Tunnel feature and turn on the feature. Then try to add the software for your printer to the excluded apps.
