Accessing CORE router from wireless PC

I have installed the Norton CORE app on my mobile devices and it is working fine. However, I want to access the CORE router from my laptop and seem to be having trouble. I located an instruction that told me where to find, what I believe is the router IP address.

Menu > Settings > About > Router IP Address

I tried this through a browser window but get a 403 Forbidden return.

Can the CORE router be accessed from a wireless PC? If yes, can you provide instruction or the link to same?

Core can only be access by the Norton CORE app.  It can't be access from a PC.

ALWeeds Core can ONLY be access with smartphone via Bluetooth with the Android or iOS apps as MannyT posted:

Re: Accessing CORE router from wireless PC

I was hoping to be able to access the CORE from a PC, but as you have pointed out that functionality is not present. So not really a solution, but it does answer the question. Hoping that will change in the future.
