Accessing the web dashboard the Device Security and Parental Controls seem to timeout

Hi, brand new to Norton. Want to give it a red hot go.
Accessing the web dashboard the Device Security and Parental Controls seem to timeout and error with "Issue Loading your status" and when I click on, say, Parental Controls to access it I get "Your request was interrupted for your protection"
Tried from multiple browsers, multiple PCs, get similar result on my mobile....
What gives? Not a very good introduction to a product I'm happy to pay the subs for
