Accidentally brought a second subscription

Have purchased another subscription accidentally but when loading product key it says product key associated with another account and cannot load it .  I understand l need to open product key so l can cancel it but cannot access it in my Norton account .  Also very difficult to contact Norton to cancel  new purchase.

Please explain difficultly you're experiencing trying to contact Norton support to cancel new purchase.  
Are you not able to reach Chat Support?
Are you not able to reach Phone Support?
Do you need phone number? what is your geo-location/country?

Hi I am not able to reach chat support and phone support. An Australian phone number would be a help.  We are in NSW Australia.

Where did you purchase you new product key? It sounds like you may have purchased from someone selling used product keys.
