Account is active, but when I open 360 it says my subscription has run out

It may have something to do with my clock in Windows jumping ahead to 2069 but I have reset the clock and it is still happening. Help!

Maybe, Norton set a registry key when your machine date went wonky. 


have you tried machine Restart (not Shut down)? 
have you tried "Get Support"?
have you tried "Subscription Status"?
have you tried "Enter Product Key"?
have you tried Norton 360 reinstall?

Have you tried signing into the Norton account?

It might also be worth checking the the time/date in BIOS.
