Account debit not authorised

Dear Norton

I informed Norton 2 years ago, not to direct debit my account, as I now buy my Norton products from a retail store and pay cash for it. So for the 2023, I bought Norton 360 from the same retail store (Office Works) and installed the new one with a new licence for 2023. I have now been informed by my bank ANZ that Norton has done a direct debit from my account for $146.80 Australian for Norton 360. I would appreciate your refund the money back to my account as the bank will be charging me interest on the overdrawn account.

Kind Regards

PS; the last time it happened you guys had to refund the money.

To request a refund see this Norton Support page.    https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/autorenew?inid=communit...

FYI. When you do activate a new subscription that you purchase from a non Norton website, you still need to ensure that you go into your Norton Account after the activation and be sure to turn off the Automatic Renewal 'feature'. It gets turned on by default. That would be why you keep getting the payments taken by Norton.

There is no one in the forums that can access your account to help with refunds. Use the link I gave above to make your refund request.
