Activating Norton Deluxe

My recent purchase not installing comes with this message "There is a problem with this download. Please return to the download page and start the process again." After installing with the Disc offline, it comes with the message "Your subscription has expired". Even though its a subscription you just bought.

It's like it does not synchronize with the account when I checked. This is a REAL problem I need it fixed.

Curious, from who/where was your purchase. 

Do you have Norton installed.  Do you have new license/subscription key?

Indeed as Guru bjm_ has noted. The Norton by Symantec log shouldn't be there. Where did you purchase your product from? An online vendor, local retailer? What product are you attempting to activate and on what OS? Is there any other security software installed on the system?
