Activating VPN in my Norton 360

Hello Helpdesk,

I have the possibility to switch on the "Secure VPN" function.
While doing this, the network speed doesn't exceed a 3,65 Mbps download rate and a 0,09 Mbps upload rate, which is very low.
What is the reason of this speed limit and what can I do about it ?

For your information : I'm using a Toshiba Laptop P70-A-11N, with a 64-bits system, Intel Core i7-4700MQ, CPU@2.4Ghz and Windows 10 Home, version 1909 since october 1919.

il faut telecharger NORTON SECURITY pour le VPN dans microsoft store, en plus de norton 360,   et ça marche pour moi,

The VPN will slow down your speed.

It varies quite a bit from user to user and you will be much worse on some networks and much better on others. You should experiment with different wifi networks in different local areas like libraries, coffee shops and retail stores. 

Outside of complaining I do not think there is much can do or any settings you need to adjust to make it faster but others here may have other ideas for you.
