Activation did not happen

Today I purchased my Norton Security online. I installed the program and the menü for activation does not come. It says "Internal Error - We were unable to verify your subscription due to an internal error. Contact support for assistance". I am trying to contact the support but cannot.

Any advise on this?

What security software did you have on your system before installing Norton? You need to fully remove that using the removal tool for that software. Then you should reinstall your Norton and try activation again.

I had the free trial version for Norton Internet Security loaded.

How are your trying to contact Support? What error are you seeing when you try to contact support?

Problem resolved. I managed to contact Norton Support and activated my purchased Norton Security.
