how to fix issues?i haven't receive key access.the account says don't have the any subscription ,when I ve have it done done with paypal..dunno

Where did you purchase your Norton product? 

Have you checked your spam/junk folder to see if the confirmation email went there?

Try contacting Norton Support to see if they have any information on your purchase. No one in the forums has access to any account information.
