I have Norton Utilities registered on [removed]. This version installs correctly, but cannot be activated with the code provided with the purchase. request for help

Thanks for the post back. Please read the following article from Norton. I don't believe your version is still supported. If you have an active Norton account with auto-renew enabled, you may download that version directly from your account. Another option would be to contact support and see whether they can assist with activation of your product.
