Active Identity Theft Fraud, charge extra?

I'm paying for Norton™ 360 with LifeLock™ Ultimate Plus, I'm curious, I thought I remember reading online if there's some type of active Identity Theft fraud, there's an extra charge for $100-$300? Any idea what I'm talking about or details?

There's the cost of the actual plan (Norton 360), but if you're going through fraud I swear there's an extra cost for remediation, or preventative, or something...I can't seem to find it no matter where I look (google, Norton.com, etc)
