Adblocking and DoNotTrack options?

This might have been asked already but after searching for the past 45 minutes I am not coming up with what I am trying to find...

Avast has an extension I can add to Chrome called "DoNotTrack" that blocks pretty much all tracking cookies, and eliminates ads that appear on websites.  Does Norton have something similar?

I appreciate the response, but I think you misunderstood...

Does Norton block website ads from appearing?  The Avast extension blocks ads, the ads that are embedded in pages (including those annoying ads with sound).  I'm not talking about Pop-Ups.  You know it's working because all that is there is a black space, no ads appear anywhere on the page.  Also I've already chosen Privacy settings in Chrome.
