Added Norton to a new Windows PC and lost Norton login on MAC

I have Norton on my MAC notebook, iPad, and iPhone. Recently purchased a Windows PC. Downloaded Norton to the new PC. Download seemed flawless except for one detail. The Norton autofill login user id and password transferred to the windows computer. Works good but, now my MAC will not login to Norton. I get "Safari can't load"? I use my Mac as a primary computer and want to manage Norton from that computer. How do I get it back to the MAC?

Hello, just a silly question for beginning sake. Does your Norton subscription support more than one device?

Thanks for the post back. Make sure you have remote management set on both computers and a restart on each to ensure the info appears in your Norton account. Recheck for the issue again.
