Additional device does not sync

I installed Identity safe on a new mobile. As part of the process I was asked to create a vault and log in with my Norton account. This I did, but the vault opened with zero logins ie it had not synced with the vault in the cloud which I had previously been able to access from my PC and other mobile.

Re: Additional device does not sync

Today when accessed Norton Identity Safe on my new device it gave me the option of creating a new vault or accessing an existing one. Needless to say, I chose the use-existing-vault option. I was then presented with a screen instructing me to create a new vault then go into NIS on my PC to merge vaults. This was something to deal with after dinner.

With a full stomach, I returned to the app, which was now prompting for my vault password, rather than pin.  I enter the password and lo and behold entered my vault containing all logins!

Has Norton implemented a fix? The version on my phone is 3.4.0. Don't know if that has changed.

Unfortunately I cannot conclusively say what I did or was done to fix this, but it is fixed. I now have full access to my logins!

Thanks all who have taken an interest and especially those who helped.

I like your fix. Eat a full meal and the app works again./

Not sure I can add anything to what you have said. Computers still continue to amaze me. One minute they are working fine, the next they have gone to who knows where. I like to say 'Technology is great....When it works!'
