The address of my service provider is preceded by an i with a circle around it, an insecure site.

I have had all sorts of problems.  Today I couldn't log into a website I've used many times; I would try to change passwords, but I could never get into the site.  While using email, very often when I would click on a new email or click on a link, I would get the message,

" Your connection was interrupted.  A network change was detected.  ERR_NETWORK_CHANGED"   This has been going on for a long time.   What can I do to get this corrected?  Thank you.

Try restarting your modem and router.

What browser are you  using? Have you tried another browser?

Try clearing your browser cache and restarting your computer.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
