Advanced key not responding

Ever since installing Norton on a Mac bought in June, my "Advanced" key has not been responsive.  Hence it seems I am unable to check or customise the Firewall,.

Personally, your Norton (Smart Firewall) has taken control of Mac's own firewall. If you have trouble using some app on your Mac, plz read the below pages:
