Adware

I am interrupted constantly with blah blah blah Norton's surf the web safely search engine or what ever else it is you are trying to push on me. If i wanted adware on my system I sure wouldn't be paying a company that supposedly makes the product to stop unwanted use of my PC. You can call these pop ups what you want, but they boil down to ad ware. Rethink your reminders or advertisements please.

Re: Adware

Christopher McGavin you can turn off most Norton advertisements in your product settings. Turn off "Special Offer Notifications". See the screenshot below for reference.

Re: Adware

This sounds like a 'feature' of the Norton Core Security Plus software you installed on your PC. Go to the main Norton page and click on Settings - Administrative Settings. Scroll down and turn of the setting for Special Offer Notification. That should stop the pop ups you are seeing.

I see SoulAsylum answered just before I did.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
