AdwCleaner wants to get rid of Norton Toolbar

I was hacked by Binkiland browser and "Strong Signal". Used Revo Uninstaller to remove the programs, and then AdwCleaner. AdwCleaner also removed Norton Security Toolbar, because it meant it was a threat. It's an extension for Google Chrome. I trust in AdwCleaner. Has used it for years.

I contacted the Danish support for Norton, and he removed Norton from my PC, and reinstalled it. Then the toolbar was back again. Now I then wanted to see what AdwCleaner meant. Again: it's a threat. So what is going on here?

Hello

Your AdwCleaner also removes Toolbars so therefore it removes the Norton Toolbar. If you want to use a on demand scanner, try the free version of Malwarebytes..

Success always occurs in private and failure in full view. Windows 10 Pro 64 bit Norton Core Security Plus 22.19.8.65 Core Firmware 282 Chrome latest version.

There is no problem,  it is just the nature of the tools,  Next thing I know users will say FRST lists Windows and other legit items
