After Norton update to 22.23.3.8 Norton backup driver icon is not shown in Windows Explorer

Hi Forum Members,

In previous version of Norton that is 22.22.11.12 I have been facing screen flickering issue. After Googling it , I downloaded Norton screen fix and Norton remove and reinstall tool. The Norton remove reinstall stool removed the aforesaid version and installed the latest version of Norton 22.23.3.8. The screen flickering issue was solved after update. But another problem has come. The Norton backup driver icon is not shown in Windows explorer though I turned on Norton Backup drive option under backup settings. I uninstalled and reinstalled Norton , turned off and turned on the setting but it is not shown. I contacted Norton Support but they cannot resolve it. Let me know any one facing this issue or it is know bug in the version of Norton.Please anyone can give your suggestion.My system is Dell G3 and the OS Is Windows 11, 64 Bit.

I still have the Norton Backup Drive showing in Windows Explorer in my Win 10 Pro system with 360 ver 22.23.3.8. Hopefully someone using Win 11 can comment here.

Since the reinstall, have you run LiveUpdate manually a few times, restarting as necessary, until no updates are available? Then restart again. Restarting, not shutdown and startup again if you have Windows Fast Startup feature enabled.   If you use Windows 8/8.1 or 10 or 11, there can be an issue with the Windows Fast Startup feature.. I use Windows 11 and the Norton backup drive shows up in "This PC." Updated to the version in question without any issues.

                    Thank you so much for your reply sir.I appreciate your valuable suggestions. I ran LiveUpdate several times and turned of Fast Startup still it Norton backup drive icon is not shown.

I reinstalled the OS and the problem was resolved.
