After picture insertion fail, my main message does not appear anymore in Norton 360 for Windows.

Hi!

Can a moderator restore my 1st main message in Norton 360 for Windows, please?

The picture integration of Norton detail did not work (feed-back also appreciated about this); I tried to insert it as an attachment in a reply (without success as it is not tolerated in this way), and my main message in Norton 360 for Windows does not appear anymore when I am not logged.
