After running a scan with norton, results in blue screen
Just bought a Norton Licence renovation, and reinstalled the Norton security for my laptop. When I attempt to run the program scan, it ended in a blue screen both times. The blue screen says "EraserUtilDrv 11511 sys" failed.
Just in case the renewed product I installed was Norton™ AntiVirus, which I just live updated. My operating system is a Windows 10 and any other possible protection program installed would be the ones integrated into windows by default.
After a while, I am not certain what had happened. But on the recent third try, it had worked without any blue screen. probably had to wait for my computer to restart after it had successfully updated
