After security upgrade (macOS 10.15.7), Norton did not start.

I have had problems!

After security upgrade (macOS 10.15.7), Norton did not start.

I followed the instructions on norton.com: “Uninstall Secure Norton” and later “Download and run renovenortonmacfiles as an administrator”.

After that I could not connect to internet.

After one hour or so I found out that Norton Secure VPN tried to connect but it could not.

I disabled Norton Secure VPN och reinstalled Norton 360 again, it was a bit tricky because I had to grant access to my keychain time and again.

Now it looks lik it work…

Hi Rolf, Glad to hear Norton is working again properly. If you have problems with repeated prompts to put in you keychain Password to use VPN on Mac, this might help clarify things. https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/solutions/v138741680 . Just remember to put always allow with your Mac Password and it should be fine.
