All emails going to Norton AntiSpam folder

A few weeks ago, Norton AntiSpam started sending all emails, both legitimate and spam, to the Norton AntiSpam folder. I tried using the "This is not spam" procedure but it makes no difference. Norton has never done a good job of identifying spam, but now it identifies everything as spam.

Hello David. Unregister the Norton antispam addon feature then restart your computer. Recheck to see if that resolved the issue for you.
