For some reason all my passwords disappeared on identity safe on all my devices.
I had the same thing happen. I ended up onto support and they basically setup a new vault and imported the backup file that the software keeps making in the background. That got the logins back into the desktop client, but still having trouble with both the browser addon and my mobile ID safe product. After spending another hour onto support, I'm trying to figure out the rest myself. I was told that the support team only helps with windows products and not their own mobile software -- you have to come to this community to magically fix your other problems.

@K.N. - thank you for sharing your situation, I will sort out what Support is saying about mobile products since that does not sound correct to me. I believe you said later  that you eventually got your issues resolved, that is good to hear.
