All my logins disappeared from online vault with update.
I recently reconfigured the hard drives on my desktop(1/28/2013). When I installed Norton 360 and logged in to the online vault using my old password, there were no existing passwords. I then went to my laptop, logged in and found nothing there either. I clicked to access support from the laptop and was directed to restart to finish updates. I finally got hooked up with a chat rep, who proceeded to spend the next 2.5 hours trying to migrate the saved login file from my laptop. I finally asked him to stop at 2:00a.m. with the problem still unresolved. He requested to call me the following day at 2:00p.m., but never called.
What I want to know is, if this is supposed to be an online vault, where the heck did my logins go. Also, is there a change in this year's version of 360 that prevents the saved login files from importing to the new version. It's the end of the month and I need to access my financial accounts. Can I please get someone from Symantec to take responsibility for this mess and either fix it or admit that the program is FUBAR.
