All Phones and Tablet Offline

I have a 10 device license of Norton Security with Backup.  I have three desktops (PC), two laptops (PC), three phones (Android), and one tablet (Android).  All of the Android devices show 'offline' in the Devices area of My Norton.  All of the devices show my credentials and the correct number of days left in the subscription.

I don't know when the devices went offline.  This is a bit concerning as none of the remote security features are available.  Before I start clearing data, uninstalling, reinstalling, etc., I wanted to check here to see if this is a known issue and if there is a solution.

The Norton Account website Devices page is notorious for incorrect information. Sometimes it just takes time for the information to get updated.

When you say the remote features are not available. Have you tested this? 

Are the Android devices online, either on wifi or cell data?

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
