Am I Hacked? Redline Stealer Activity 2

Norton blocked a Redline Stealer Activity 2 virus stemming from APPLAUNCH.EXE. It was a .SCR file that got stopped by windows defender as-well. Did they get into my system or am I fine? I ran Malwarebytes and found 23 files that I deleted

Hello. Norton blocking the attack vector prevented the installation most likely and subsequent download of the malicious payloads that follow. Did Malwarebytes detect Trojan. MalPack. RedNet, quaratine it and its associated files then remove them? If so after a reboot did you run MBAM a second time to ensure things are clean?
