Android Parental App Doesn't Track Activity
I am trialing Norton Family. When I look at my child's usage in the app on my android phone, it has no data. Why can't I see how much time she has spent in the app?

Dear User,
Norton Family Android Parent App does not show app usage duration, that functionality is not supported in the Parent App. To view the app usage duration, please use https://family.norton.com portal.
