Annual Fee

I paid $99.99 per year for Norton anti-virus.  This has ben charged to my credit card on 6 May 2015, 1 June 2015, and 21 June 2015.  I have written to Norton and they do not seem willing to discuss it or return any of my money.

Do you understand how long a year is?

Re: Annual Fee

Gee, I wish I'd thought of that.  Then I would have got the advice "These charges can be associated to a different account".  They are NOT associated to a different account (whatever that might possibly mean), but it was jolly nice of Norton to take the time to tell me that.

Re: Annual Fee

If you check your account online at   https://manage.norton.com

Click on the Services tab. Then click where you see Show:All Services, then change that to Active. This will display how many products that you currently have that are active.

If you have more than one, this could explain what has happened. It is possible that in the past you may have made a new purchase for another computer and did not cancel your older subscription.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
