anti track server error -2016

when i try to access anti track i get a message saying server error - 2016 try again later. (see attached screen shot) has been like this for about 5 days now. have uninstalled and reinstalled product but still happens. spoke to support on chat and they said there was a problem at the norton server end? is this correct and if so when will it be fixed or how do i fix the issue if its just me, thanks
