Anti Virus is turned off.

Hi!  Can anyone help me?

When I log onto my PC I am getting messages popping up on the right hand corner reading "Your have turned off your anti virus"  and another one appears reading "Your anti spyware definations are out of date"  When I open up norton security everything is marked as secure.  Any way of getting rid of these messages??

Is it Windows or Norton who is telling you this?

It's a Norton message.

Re: Anti Virus is turned off.

How exactly is that the "Solution"? L.o.l.!

You could use the Norton Removal Tool to re-Install it as it might be a bad Install. Please note that, once you re-start your computer, it does give you the Option to re-Install your Security Software. Just be aware that it does un-Install all Norton Products, but all the instructions are provided, via the Web Link.

Let me know if this does the trick.
