AntiSpam OE Hook Launcher is using all my CPU - how do i disable?

Hello,

asolench.exe *32 - AntiSpam OE Hook Launcher has started using all my CPU & memory. It's recently started to run automatically and I cannot turn it off. I have tried to end the process from within the task manager but 'access denied'.

It is now consistently hogging between 45-70% of PCU and upwards pf 470,000K memory. See screenshots below. Is there a setting within Norton that can disable this function?

Thanks

Open NIS interface, Settings, Network, Message Protection and slide the slider to off beside AntiSpam, Click Apply and OK.

Windows 10 Pro 64-bit / Norton Security v.22.18.x
