I can't find where else to post, so I'll do so here. I added AntiTrack to my long-running Norton subscription, immediately my computer slowed to a crawl.  Not just MS Edge browser, but Word, Excel, email, everything on all user accounts.  Logging in as administrator, the popup said Norton found a problem with Norton 360. Went through their protocol, un-installed Norton, no prompt following restart so I installed 360 again.  Then a popup said AntiTrack had a problem (error code 0).   I un-installed AntiTrack and computer returned to its very good performance level.  I have NOT renewed AntiTrack, and may move to a 'white list' technology for antivirus.  

System - win10 pro.

Thank you for reporting the issue. We have version 1.1.0.489 released with few fixes. Could you please check if you are on latest build version. Right click on AntiTrack system tray icon and 'about' option should show you the build version.

If issue still persists, could you please help us or allow me to gather AntiTrack product logs for further check.

I downloaded Norton Anti Tracker on Windows 10 and my computer also slowed to a crawl. This product is a nightmare to install and is completely useless. After 20 years I will not be renewing my Norton subscription. Every year it gets more expensive and more useless.

I have uninstalled Anti tracker after 24 hours and asked for a refund. I am not holding my breath for the refund. Norton are now too big  - fat, happy and lazy. Won't renew in three months time when my subscription ends.

I am having the same issues as the other users. I opened a case with tech support, case was escalated to level 2 on Dec 14th they said it would take 12 to 24 hrs for a call back. It is now the 22nd Dec and no callback. They also mentioned that this was a known issue with the Anti Track and that they were working on a fix, but level 2 does have a workaround. My workaround was to delate and cancel the Anti Track subscription (no refund by the way). My subscription ends in Feb, I like the Norton 360 product but the service is horrible canceling may be my only option.
