AntiTrack App Message saying " Were Unable To Communicate with your AntiTrack App".

I purchased and added/downloaded this AntiTrack Service to my Desk Top
(Windows 10) and it has been working fine. BUT today when I click the AntiTrack
service in my browser it says " Were Unable to communicate with your AntiTrack App?
