AntiTrack doesn't work with up-to-date Chrome and Windows 10

I'm attempting to run Norton AntiTrack on the latest Win 10 with the latest Chrome Version 84.0.4147.125 (Official Build) (64-bit). AntiTrack cannot be enabled. When I go to the Chrome store to get the Norton AntiTrack app the store responds "Not compatible" and insists I must have "Chrome of version at least 90 is required." As you see above the latest version of Chrome is 84.
My emails to Norton began on October 18, 2021. Since I was not given any resolution, let alone a response, I then asked repeatedly for a full refund. Again no response. I'm asking again for a full refund.
This is Customer Service?
I will gladly remove Norton AntiTrack from my computer. Please send me a full refund.

Norton Community does not have access to your Norton account nor your payment information.
Please contact Norton Support regarding refund.
