antitrack wont install on my firefox or edge

Antitrack was working for a while but initially Edge said I need to sign in.. It didnt work and I had to remove and reinstal Antitrack on Edge. Now FireFox does the same but on removing antitrack extention I couldnt reinstall it. The link is apparently does exist. Does changing my passwords affect the Antitrack link?
