Re: Any way retrieve lost data for Identity Safe?

If you also have Norton ID Safe on your PC, you should have backups that you can use to restore your vault.

Unfortunately, if you only use the mobile versions, IOS or Android, there is no way to back up the vault contents.

How have you determined the data is lost?

Can you log into your vault at   https://identitysafe.norton.com

Re: Any way retrieve lost data for Identity Safe?

hi. i have this problem too.

suddenly Norton IDsafe says i don't have a vault account.

its the same on the online account. i press on "sign in to your vault" enter the vault password and get message:

No vault for this account

We were unable to find a vault for this Norton Account.

You can create an online vault using the Norton Identity Safe Client.

this is ridiculous. IDS suggest security and free of mind. and now this happens.

what should i do? to who should i write so Norton support will restore my lost data?

Do you use ID Safe on a PC? If so, you should have backups on the PC.

If not, as I noted above, there is no way to restore the data.

Re: Any way retrieve lost data for Identity Safe?

If you use the mobile versions the recuperation operation and also what you can recoup however, relies on upon to what extent you've utilized the media after you've designed it. On the off chance that the recuperation is for a HDD which has turned sour, it's an alternate thing by and large. But.. in general Data recovery is always about chances, probability and common sense. There’s never any guarantee that your data is recoverable 100%...this applies to the case that you are using the mobile versions or Android.
