App auf iPhone öffnet sich nicht. Norton schuld?

Ich habe auf meinem iPhone 12 die "Meine Karten App" der Deutschen Bank. Wie aus heiterem Himmel kann ich diese App nicht mehr öffnen. Es dreht sich nur noch der Kreisel. Der Service der Bank sieht kein Problem bei der Karte. Er vermutet, der Grund ist die ebenfalls installierte Norton 360 de Luxe App. Und tatsächlich ist alles gut, wenn ich die Norton App deinstalliere. Allerdings ist das natürlich nicht der Sinn der Sache. Bisher gab es keinerlei Probleme. Nach der Neuinstallation der Norton App ist das Problem wieder da. Wer kann helfen? IOS 15.1.1

I have Deutsche Bank's "My Cards App" on my iPhone 12. Out of the blue I can't open this app anymore. Only the top is turning. The bank's service sees no problem with the card. He suspects the reason is the installed Norton 360 de Luxe app. In fact, everything is fine when I uninstall the Norton app. Of course, that's not the point. So far there have been no problems. After reinstalling the Norton app, the problem is back. Who can help? IOS 15.1.1

Are you using a VPN when you see this? If so, because the app is accessing the bank's web site, it is possible that the banks web site does not allow access from known VPN IP's. Try turning off the VPN and testing the bank's app again.

Verwenden Sie ein VPN, wenn Sie dies sehen? Da die App in diesem Fall auf die Website der Bank zugreift, ist es möglich, dass die Website der Bank den Zugriff von bekannten VPN-IPs nicht zulässt. Versuchen Sie, das VPN auszuschalten und die App der Bank erneut zu testen.

ich habe mittlerweile herausgefunden, wenn ich den Webschutz deaktiviere, ist alles ok. Aber vorher ging es auch mit Webschutz. Irgendwie komisch.

Habe Webschutz deaktiviert, dann klappt es. Allerdings ging es bisher auch mit vollem Schutz. Notfalls muss ich mich umstellen. Aber was ist dir Erklärung?

I've found out by now that if I turn off web protection, everything is ok. But before that, it also worked with web protection. Somehow strange.

I deactivated web protection, then it works. However, so far it was also possible with full protection. If necessary, I have to adjust. But what is the explanation for you?

Good diagnosis. The Web Protection feature in iOS has been known to cause strange network connection issues. As you have found, turning it off and then back on again can resolve the issue, but maybe only temporarily. If you are still seeing the issue, you might want to send logs to Norton for diagnosis. 

Start by opening iOS settings on your device and scroll down to the bottom where the apps are listed. Tap on the Norton  360 app and tap to Enable Debug Log.  

Now use your device until it causes the issue you are having. Then shake your phone back and forth and a prompt will come up to send logs. Tap on Send Error Report and fill in any information requested. In your submission, please include "forum 'your username' " in the Case ID section of the report. Also include a link to this thread. 

If you do send logs, please let me know and I'll notify my contacts to look for them.

@peterweb ich habe am Wochenende mal zur Probe Bitdefender mobile Security ausprobiert. Auch da das gleiche Problem mit eingeschaltetem Webschutz. Mittlerweile schickt die App auch keine Push Nachrichten mehr, und die einzelnen Umsätze werden auch nicht mehr aufgeführt. Lediglich der Gesamtumsatz des aktuellen Tages ist noch zu sehen. Deutet das alles darauf hin, dass die Bank das Problem beheben muss? Die App Bewertungen zeigen, das Problem scheint verbreitet zu sein.

@peterweb I tried Bitdefender mobile Security for a test over the weekend. Also there the same problem with activated web protection. In the meantime, the app no longer sends push messages, and the individual sales are no longer listed. Only the total sales for the current day can be seen. Does this all suggest the bank needs to fix the problem? The app reviews indicate the problem appears to be common.

Are you referring to the banking app reviews? If so, are the others reporting the issue with Norton, or all security products? It sounds like it is not just a Norton issue. 

Beziehen Sie sich auf die Bewertungen der Banking-App? Wenn ja, melden die anderen das Problem mit Norton oder allen Sicherheitsprodukten? Es hört sich so an, als ob es nicht nur ein Norton-Problem ist.
