Application Error

calling File Insight from context menu
Norton tray Icon went missing.   After awhile Autofix ran with 8504,104 report. 
Still no tray Icon.   Try to launch Norton from shortcuts does nada.
Restart returns tray Icon. 
I know, just me and I can't reproduce.
