'Application Error' message on Norton Account website?

My partner is trying to change her email address on the Norton Account website, and each time she tries, she keeps getting an 'Application Error' message and the site signs her out.

She's dropping the email address associated with the Norton product, and needs to know why we're seeing the error message, and we are certain her entered information is accurate.

I just checked Norton Account and it seems to be working fine for me. BTW, can you let us know the browser that your partner is trying to use.

I tried to update my Norton Account Profile with the same results as CapeMike.... via FF 3.6.3

I tried via IE8 with the same results....'Application Error'

What add-ons are required ....I have javascript enabled & first / third party cookies enabled.

I've updated my Norton Account Profile before with no problem.

Many thanks, TomV; we've solved the problem...turns out that we forgot to enter what language we wanted info to be sent in on a drop-down tab, and doing that fixed everything; suggest you have a warning message come up indicating if a tab/drop-down hasn't been filled in before a user is allowed to proceed.

My partner says 'thanks!' as well!  :)
