Approaching a Two Hour Wait Time

Why is a tech company unable to have techs work from home?  Doesn't give me much hope that they can keep my computer safe.  Been on hold for 1 hour and 48 minutes.  About to give up and try another antivirus company.  Been using Norton for years but okay with a divorce.  Just want to change for Norton Internet Security to Norton 360 Select.  Anyone have any ideas for another antivirus company?
