att.com login quit working with ID Safe

It worked fine until a few weeks back, then it just started filling the login name only with no password filled in. I've deleted the login and recreated it with the same results. Identity Safe doesn't fill in the password. I've updated my Norton (Norton Internet Security 2012) but still no Joy. I really enjoy the password management of ID Safe but AT&T seems to break it on their site somewhat regularly. Thanks for any help you can offer.

HI Jezmo I have the same thing happin last week so I changed the url to a new one and now the new one is not working so I did report the problem by clicking Idenity   Safe>Report issue   and filling out the window that opens. Note you will get an automated respose to the submission.

Just to confirm you're not alone. Once again ATT turned the website upside down. Using ID Safe in NIS 2012, I rarely have a problem with most login sites. I also deleted my login info for ATT and started fresh. Different URL but the same thing, only the user name would fill and not the password. This has happened before with ATT. So I used the Report Issue feature also. This started last month when going to pay my phone bill.

My search for a solution led me here.  I wonder if AT&T is deliberately making these changes to prevent such a thing from happening?  I don't know why they would, but their website is one that always seems to be broken.  It worked for a long time, and it was only recently (for me, at least) that these issues started popping up.

HI PDADoc  It is not the first time that a web site changed something to make things not work as they should as I have found over the years things get changed and people are not being notified about the changes in software/computers. Just make sure that you report the problem to Norton by clicking    Identity Safe>Report Issue    and fill in the dropdown info that opens you will get an automated response from Norton to make them aware of the problem

I'm sure it's not the first time it has happened, but it's the first time I've noticed it with a website I've visited regularly, LOL!

I will take your advice and report the issue through the Identity Safe app, thanks!

As all of you have said, I reported the issue using the app. Since I started using ID Safe AT&T is the only site I've had issues with and this makes the second or third time. Hope they get it resolved.

Another member here part of the same complaint group.  Once in a while, AT&T ID-Safe login stops working, and the remedy seems to be, delete the ID Safe login combination, and make a new one.  I have gone through this two or more times now.  Rarely this ever needed to other of my saved login combinations.
