When you stop your Norton subscription from automatically renewing:

  • Your subscription will continue through the end of your already paid subscription term, after which your subscription will not automatically renew.
  • It typically takes a few hours from your request for the change to take effect.
  • Associated recurring subscription benefits may end when you stop your subscription from automatically renewing.

When you stop your recurring subscription, your subscription will not automatically renew.

  • Your subscription will continue through the end of your current paid term.
  • Your protection will continue through the end of your current paid term.

When you stop your recurring subscription, your subscription will not have the Norton Virus Protection Promise.

  • Your protection will continue through the end of your current paid term.

Re: auto renewal

I believe I just had a scam communication.  First I got a renewal notice that was out of the correct date.  It was for almost 5 times my normal cost.  I called the number and it did not sound right.  I let the guy who had an accent talk a bit about how he worked for Norton and even though I knew better,  I gave him my email address which he already had to confirm.   He sent me a file for download so I could cancel what had supposedly happened.  He sent me the email which was a file to open.  I deleted the file without opening and hung up on him.  I hope that took care of it.  I checked my app files and nothing came in on the same date.  I hope that fixed at least this attempt.

Re: auto renewal

Hello,

I currently have Norton 360 with LifeLock Ultimate Plus. I want to turn off auto-renewal and just keep Norton Lifelock and say goodbye to Norton 360.

Can someone reply with the steps (not 15/25 links) on how to do this?
