Norton put me on an automatic renewal, I was not aware of this. Norton £39.99 from my account, I cancelled the automatic renewal. I received a confirmation of the cancellation of the renewal. I need a refund.

If you go to the page linked you can either click on Chat Now for an online chat where Support will chat to you after a short wait or on the same page there is a link to find the telephone number for Support in your area.
Here's the low down on Refunds of course since it was done thru an Automatic Renewal prior to you turning it off, you'll still end up at Chat Support. One additional thing I do is actually remove my credit card information from my Norton Account.

Auto Renewal two months after being forced to purchase a two year subscription because one device was kicked out early. An extra $89.99. Then forced to talk to someone in the Phillipines about getting a refund....Expletive!
